By using GoldSense (the "App") on Android or iOS, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

The App provides price tracking, portfolio tools, alerts, and widgets for informational purposes only. No investment, trading, or financial advice is provided.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using the App.

The App does not require account sign-up. Data is stored locally on your device unless you export or share it.

Premium features are available via in-app purchase. Depending on your platform and the offering shown, this may be a one-time unlock or an auto-renewing subscription.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period and are charged through your Apple ID or Google account. You can cancel any time before the next renewal in your Apple ID subscriptions settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions settings (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
Purchases are validated via RevenueCat using the platform receipt. No payment card data is stored by us.

Live prices come from third-party providers (e.g., Yahoo Finance, Metals.live). Availability and accuracy may vary.
We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or inaccuracies.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee price accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The App is not a brokerage, exchange, or trading platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be effective when posted in the App.
